How it works

A full review cycle, start to finish

Import your people, open a cycle, release what each person should see, then compare results across people and teams.

Pricing

One rule: pay when you run a cycle.

Launch pricing

Core

Priced per person, per cycle

The per-person rate comes down as your team grows.

  • Full 360° reviews: self, manager, upward, peer
  • Org chart, roster import, release controls
  • Core analytics: person vs team vs company
  • Automatic reminders until it's done

Incumbent tools start at $5,000–$15,000 a year — before your first review.

Perfs charges when you actually run one — a single payment per cycle for the people in it, not an annual contract. When you're not running a cycle, you pay nothing.

Questions

What does a cycle actually cost?

The per-employee price times the people being reviewed in that cycle. When you're not running a cycle, you pay nothing.

Do employees need training?

No — it's deliberately simple: reviewers get an emailed sign-in link, see exactly the reviews waiting on them, and answers save as they go.

Is peer feedback anonymous?

Yes — permanently, by design. Peers are seen only by admins, and upward feedback can be anonymized per person at release.

Is there a minimum?

No minimum, no seat floor. You pay for the employees reviewed in each cycle, whether that's four people or four hundred.

What happens to our data between cycles?

It stays in your workspace — roster, past cycles, questions, and released feedback — so every new cycle builds on the last. You just stop paying until the next one.

How do we get our org in?

Upload a CSV of names, emails, and managers — or add people one by one in the app. The org chart, manager-based review assignments, and reminders all follow from it.
